The Colonel/Prisoner saw the Undertaker loitering outside the World Camera shop, and here he is again acting as a waiter at Janet Portland's birthday party. Now if it is the Prisoner's side behind the Village, ie Sir Charles Portland, and Potter who is following the Colonel/Prisoner, why also this man, who we know is working for the Village! It strikes me that two sides are after Professor Seltzman, the British and the Village's administration.
