This is a watercoloured Map of Your Village, which was produced in the 1990's by one Roger Langley. The map itself is fair enough, and very well reproduced, but I'm not so sure about the watercolour though. What's more the blank side of the map isn't blank, it's text is a blow by blow account, and rather boringly so, of how this Map of Your Village was produced. Below is another map of Your Village, reproduced by De Agostini as part of 'the Prisoner' part work a few years ago here in the UK. Somehow I feel it has more authentic look than the one above.
