There are
nine members of the Committee in ‘A Change of Mind.’ A Committee which is used
as a tool by Number 2 in his “witch hunt” against disharmonious Unmutuals! And
yet eight of those so called Committee members are no better than the
brainwashed imbeciles of the Town Council. Indeed the members of the Committee
and those of the Town Council could be one and the same for that matter. All
are dressed alike in striped jersey and black top hat, and none have a voice or
a say in matters other than Number 18 Chairman of the Committee, and Number 2
Chairman of the Town Council. So the two are not so very different, except in
number. And both sit or stand in the same domed, orange walled chamber, although
not at the same time obviously.
