From time to time I like to think about that which you do not see in the Prisoner, such as during The Chimes of Big Ben, when No.6 and Nadia are supposed to be on a twelve hour journey to an office in London which No.6 knows very well, that of the Colonel's. Indeed the television viewer is privy to parts of that twelve hour journey, by lorry, ship, and cargo plane. But of course the journey we see on the screen never actually takes place. Because the crate in which No.6 and Nadia have been sealed up in, is merely taken back to the village, and the two occupants subjected to "special effects" of both motion and sound, in order to fool them into thinking that they are on that twelve hour journey. After all, it would have taken more than just Post 5, Nadia's supposed contact man in that cave on the Polish coast, to move that crate!
Thinking about, or imagining that which you do not see in the Prisoner, can be fascinating.
