If, as No.2 of A B & C said, that the Prisoner-No.6's life had been researched and computed his whole life, why is it then that the same No.2 didn't feed all that researched and computed material into the General {of the episode of the same title} and then ask The General why the Prisoner-No.6 resigned? It might have saved a great deal of time and effort!
