Thought For The Day

The Prisoner was once described as being quintessentially British, don't make me laugh! The series is as cosmopolitan as the village itself. To begin with Patrick McGoohan was an Irish-American. Both Leo McKern and Guy Doleman who both played No.2 were both Australians. George Baker the new No.2 in Arrival is Bulgarian, and Martin Miller, No.51-the Watchmaker in It's Your Funeral, born Rudolph Miller, was born in Czecholovakia. David Bauer and Valerie French who played No.2-The Judge and No.22-Cathy in Living In Harmony were both Americans. So how's that for starters?
Be seeing you
