This is actor John Whitely, who plays the old man 93 in Arrival of the 2009 series. Patrick McGoohan was asked to play the cameo role, which would have confirmed that 93 is the former No.6. However Patrick McGoohan was either too ill at the time to take up the offer of the cameo role, or he turned it down, wanting to play the role of Two, a role which had already been given to Ian McKellen, depending on which of the two stories you believe. But there can be no doubt, that 93 is a representation of the former No.6. He wears the old style village blazer, and what's more, actor John Whitley has the look of Patrick McGoohan about him, wouldn't you say?   I'll be seeing you
