In The General, No.12 of Administration lays down the law to No.6 regarding the destruction of village property. It could result in a fine, or it could mean imprisonment. No.6 took the fine. But what about this threat of imprisonment? No.6 is also in a sort of prison......but then perhaps further imprisonment within the prison of the village might very well mean "solitary confinement," something I thought No.6 might enjoy!
