This is the Supervisor-No.56. He's listening to a mayday call from Trans-Ocean flight Delta 250, an aircraft in distress. Oil pressure is dropping and the port engine is on fire. The mayday call is a little garbled, but even though I am aware that it is No.6 who is transmitting that mayday call from within a changing tent on the beach and disguising his voice with the use of crinkled greaseproof paper, I can still tell that it's the voice of No.6 - so why can't the Supervisor I wonder?
