Downright Daft!

    A stone boat, an eccentric ex-Admiral who reports to have sailed the stone boat many a time, and claims her to be good in any weather. Now that is downright daft, untilll you realise that there have been both actual boats and ships created out of stone, or concrete. And when you realise just what a 'Stone boat' actually is, and anyone in or late of the Royal Navy would know, and then the ex-Admiral doesn't seem quite so daft after all. Do I know what a 'stone boat' is in Naval terms? Oh yes...................................
