Thought For The Day

No.6 was put on trial for the possesion of a radio set, a trivial matter in our world, or is it, one must remember North Korea in this regard. A country, as far as it's population is concerned, is cut off from the outside world every but as much as the citizens of the village. And no I am not trivialising North Korea in any way, but the similarities cannot be denied. Certain citizens in the village are happy enough because they are told what to do, and if they don't do it they are punished or sent for threapy treatment, or worse. They are manipulated, yet taken care of for as long as they live. The people of North Korea are also manipulated, told what to do, but many are not taken care of, left to go hungry, even left to collect grass to eat. No, I do not trivialise the situation in North Korea, I trivialise the village!
