This is a Lotus 7 kit car produced by TAMIYA back in the 1980's, and is 1/24th scale, I have one just like it, painted in Prisoner livery of course, as the one in the above pictures, with the addition of the number plate KAR 120C. Only the fan of the Prisoner who constructed the model car, went one stage further and cleverly created the additional figure of the Prisoner to accompany it.
I think it's wonderful that fans can use their artistic skills in this way.
