There would seem to be more to Nadia Gray than first meets the eye, although I'm not sure that Patrick McGoohan would have approved. Is that why Nadia was replaced in that night scene during The Chimes of Big Ben when Nadia and Number Six were getting close...perhaps too close. Well what would it have mattered, they were 'on camera.'
