What's That Patrick McGoohan Up to?

What’s That Patrick McGoohan  Up To?

He's bringing disruption to a meeting of the Social Group as they try to help No.42, who was posted Unmutual for ignoring the greeting paid to her from No.10. No.42 who claims to have been composing poetry at the time..........he's doing nothing of the kind! It looks like Patrick McGoohan finally plucked up the courage to attend a Six of One Prisoner Convention at Portmeirion, where in the woods, a group are debating why it was that the Prisoner resigned. It appears that the chap in the red and white striped jersey has hit upon a possible solution, and Pat is applauding the young man's endeavours to put his thoughts before the group. Especially when the oriental gentleman is disagreeing with him. Lets listen in for a moment, shall we readers.
1st man "I think that Number Six resigned because Patrick McGoohan had resigned because he became fed up with playing the same character he had for what, sixty-four episodes.
Oriental chap "Indeed it was not. We all know why he resigned, because it was a matter of conscience. Because too many people know too much!"
1st chap "You are simply quoting from the series, which is no answer at all!"
"And you are not listening when you are told!"
"I listened, but who are we talking about, the Prisoner, or Patrick McGoohan?"
"The Prisoner of course."
"Well I'm talking about Patrick McGoohan."
Lady sitting in the chair "Can we discuss why the Prisoner resigned, and leave Patrick McGoohan out of it?"
1st man "How can we leave Pat out of it, when he is standing over there?"
Patrick McGoohan "don't mind me, I'm just an observer, and as we know, observers of life should never get involved."
1st man "He's just trying to distract us from getting to the truth of the matter!"
Oriental man "Don't you have a go at Pat. If it were not for him, we would not be standing here now."
1st man "How can you say that? It's a ridiculous thing to say."
Oriental man "But it's true!"
And so it is true, otherwise I'd not be sat here writing this  morning, if it were not for Patrick McGoohan.......be seeing you.
