So what is behind this gesture?
Number 2 switches off the wall screen, but as Number 2 describes how Number 6 told them a blessed fairy tale, and how Number 6 wouldn't drop his guard with his own grandmother, and Number 10 sympathises with him "Well it was worth a try Number Two, the screen is suddenly turned on again. 1. No. 1?

    or

No.2 is portrayed as rather bumbling in No.6's story, perhaps the real-life No.2 was also prone to error and maybe leant accidentally on the switch!

    1. Hello ZM72,

Yes, it's good agricultural stuff, and it could have been No.1. But not Number 2, as he was nowhere near his desk at the moment the wall screen was switched back on!

  2. "How do you stop this thing?"

    "We can't. It's automatic!"

    1. Hello Moor,

Yes, an excellent answer. It simply turned itself back on.
