You might think that the above image was taken from 'Arrival', but that this is at the time when the Village is being evacuated. Yet the young women in the swimming pool are not heeding the order! I expect they are having too much fun. Or then again you are right, the above picture is taken from 'Arrival,' yet used again in 'Fall Out' picturing a helicopter taking off during the evacuation scene.
Also the slipway used to launch boats at Portmeirion was long out of use by the time of 'the Prisoner.' You will observe that part of the open lido impinges on the old slipway.
This photograph taken at a time before the construction of the lido, with a boat on the slipway. And one might almost think that the Ketch moored at the quayside is the Amis Reunis, which is the whole point of the stone boat.
