Pictorial Prisoner
I bet Number 6 couldn't believe it, that a large chessboard could be laid out where only a few moments before there was a plain lawn. I bet he thought "How the devil did they manage that?"
That's very good, and very plausable, as the Village is ahead in technology, what with mobile telephones, a credit card system etc, so why not a removable chessboard. Yes, I like the idea of yours.
Ahead of its time, the whole lawn/chessboard area could be turned upside down! Modern day football stadiums have removable in-fields. - BCNU!
