It was reported that No.6 had stolen a taxi, or buggy as the Supervisor put it, and that No.8 had taken another and had gone after him. The Supervisor asked No.2 if he wanted him to stop him? No.2's response was no, that he wanted the new device, a reaction transmitter in a locket around No.8's neck, to be given a proper test. And that no action should be taken unless the Supervisor gets the Yellow Alert. So who excatly gives the Yellow Alert if it isn't the Supervisor?
