Thought For The day

In 'Do Not forsake Me Oh My Darling,’ why is it that four security guards forcibly take No.6 from his cottage? Why didn’t they simply sedate him through his nightcap or the water supply as before, in 'A B and C,' and 'The Schizoid Man?' And as far as I recall 'Do Not Forsake Me Oh My Darling' was not filmed at Portmeiron, it makes me wonder why that scene with four security guards, manhandling No.6 out of his cottage was originally filmed? Of course it's not Patrick McGoohan  in that scene, it's stunt double Frank Maher. So in all probability the scene was not filmed during the September 1966 shoot, but the March 1967 shoot at Portmeirion.
