Thought For The Day

   'The Prisoner' is a conundrum, a puzzle, an enigma. It's like a jigsaw puzzle, and the viewer  has to put all the pieces together themselves. But there are two problems with this. Firstly there is no picture on the box to guide us, and secondly we are not given all the pieces! So over the years enthusiasts of 'the Prisoner' have had to make their own pieces to fill in the missing pieces of the jigsaw. Not everyones pieces are the same by any means, and sometimes they have to be "squared off" and "rough hewn" in order to make them fit. And because of this, the jigsaw grows as enthusiasts add more and more new pieces.
