He’s very good at causing trouble is the Prisoner-No.6, he does it a good deal of the time. You will recall how he attempted to organise a mass breakout at the end of the election. He involved himself with the General. He deliberately vandalised the teletype in ‘Dance of the Dead.’ In ‘Hammer Into Anvil’ he caused the downfall of No.2. He stopped the assassination/execution of No.2, and totally disrupted the Social Group in the episode ‘A Change of Mind.’ And then he disrupts the members of the Assembly! It is difficult to comprehend what the former No.6 says to the delegates of the Assembly. But one thing is certain, whatever it is sir has to say, the delegates don't wish to hear it!
