The Village Prowler!

    After reports of a Village prowler have been made, Observers are instructed to keep a sharp look out. Then one of the surveillance cameras actually picked up the Village prowler moving towards the taxi rank. You can see the prowler, or creeper as some citizens have called it, near the top of the steps to the right of the picture.
    It would seem that the prowler had been following No.6, who manages to escape the clutches of the prowler by driving off in one of the taxis.

   No.82, who was riding passed on her bicycle at the time, had a particularly narrow escape. For just as the prowler was about to pounce, two citizens approached. thus the prowler merged back into the bushes. Below is an enlarged image taken from routine surveillance, picturing the prowler stalking it's latest victim.

                                         

    Citizens are advised to keep their doors and windows locked at night. To report anything unusual. Beware the prowler is out there, it could be stalking YOU! Who is the prowler? What does 'it' want? The security of the citizens is No.2's priority, and the citizens will be protected under the umbrella of security. It has been suggested that the Village Guardian {Rover} be activated, the Village put under Ornage Alert. In other words set our prowler to catch another prowler, yes that could be rather fun.
