  It would seem that the Prisoner has taken against flowers as the gardener fixes up the window box at '6 Private.' And yet the Prisoner's London town house does have four window boxes, but I don't see the Prisoner as being "green fingered," a gardener. So presumably he pays a man to look after the window boxes, at least simply to water them.
