    In ‘A Change of Mind, when Number 6 pours the drugged cup of tea away into the vase, it is supposed that the Observers fail to observe this action. However it is always possible that no Observer was watching Number 6 at that time. It may have been thought by Number 2 that Number 6 was already in the safe hands of Number 86. He got that wrong! And yet there was someone else keeping an open surveillance eye on Number 6, that of Number 2 himself. So perhaps he was just as much to blame as Number 86!
