As the motor mechanic prepares to bring that
boat hook down on Number 6’s head. But Number 6 grabs the man by his overalls,
pulling him out of the boat and into the water. The thing is, the motor
mechanic’s overalls are already wet, having already received a dunking in an
earlier take of the scene. Except its not Patrick McGoohan in the water, it’s actually
Brian Axworthy owner of that jet boat, as Patrick McGoohan had an ear infection
at the time, so could not go into the water.
So what’s wrong with this picture? Answers in a comment please.

Yes of course the boat hook is missing. Because between these two stills in the scene, there is one of the motor mechanic with the boat hook held over his head ready to bring it down on Number 6. What's more in that one still, the motor mechanic is wearing dry overalls, which should be the case in the two stills here.!
