The Therapy Zone

    The medical orderly said to the doctor upon his and the Prisoner’s return to the ward “The amnesia case, Cobb, he’s jumped out of the window. He’s dead!” Was Cobb an amnesia case? He may have been, yet he knows he was in Germany, West or East Germany is not stipulated. He says he went back to his hotel, and thinks he went to bed, he was in The Village! Of course Cobb would have no idea how he was brought to The Village, he would be unconscious at the time just like the Prisoner he was speaking to. How was Cobb abducted to The Village, perhaps in the same way, by a pair of undertakers. A guest of the hotel having suddenly died, then Cobb having been smuggled out of the hotel by the back door, and taken to a port and from there shipped to the landing stage, and flown from there to The Village by helicopter.
    But Cobb soon got over his apparent amnesia, and death, and all too ready to take up his new position, or same old position, but to be working for his new masters. It would appear that Number 2 of ‘The Chimes of Big Ben’ and ‘Once Upon A Time’ wasn’t the only prisoner to have resisted for so short a time!
