    What’s the Butler doing piloting the helicopter, is this now part of his duties, where’s the usual pilot? Perhaps he’s flown too many air miles, and needed to take a break. But what was it Number 9 said to Number 6 when he asked her where she got the Electro Pass? She told him, perhaps reluctantly, that she knew the last pilot. But surely the Butler was the last pilot?
