Oops!

No film or television production can be without the occasion blip, take Living In Harmony for example. After No.6 wakes from the dream, all interior shots have his blazer buttoned up, yet in the exterior shots, his blazer is unbuttoned!
When No.2 in A Change of Mind is chased by the citizens up to the Green Dome, it is clearly not John Sharpe, the figure dashing up the steps if far too athletic!
Although the Tally Ho newspaper is said in Many Happy Returns to be published at noon, in It's Your Funeral No.6 is able to buy a copy of the newspaper at 10.20am.
In Do Not Forsake Me Oh My Darling, when the Prisoner pulls up outside his house in his Lotus, he passes, parked in the street, a hearse. Yet in the following aerial shot, as the Prisoner gets out of his Lotus, the hearse has gone!
The Schizoid Man as No.6 and No.2 are being driven to the helicopter, No.6 is on location, and No.2 is on set!  And finally during Fall Out, as the lorry crashes throuigh the iron gates at the end of the tunnel, from the passenger seat a camera unit can be seen.
Be seeing you
