The lovely Virginia Maskell, who played No.9 in the Prisoner episode Arrival. No.9 who was used by the New No.2, Cobb, the helicopter Pilot, and then No.6.
The end of Virginia's life is a sad one, for she committed suicide. Married, she was having an affair you see, what's more there was rumour of a third man whose identity was never known.
