However much I enjoy writing 'Prisoner' based blog, I also enjoy creating my own 'Prisoner' or perhaps I should say 'Village' stationary, and in this regard writing letters to friends and fans of 'the Prisoner.' In bygone times fans who went to Portmeirion and visited the Prisoner shop there, could buy their Village Penny Farthing stationary from there, I used to myself, A4 and A5 notepaper and matching envelopes. In fact if you were a member of Six of One: The Prisoner Appreciation Society you could make use of the mail order facility, so you need not actually go to Portmeirion to gain your Village stationary, or indeed any of 'the Prisoner' merchandise sold in the Prisoner shop. But neither Six of One, nor the Prisoner shop at Portmeirion produce the quantity of merchandise they once did. For that you would have to go back to they hey day of Prisoner merchandise, those of the 1980's to the mid 1990's.
