Caught On Camera

No.6 took ground photographs of The Village, as evidence of the place's existence, and it was soon after No.6 cast off aboard his sea-going raft, that he wrapped up that roll of Village film in a polythene bag and placed it in a wooden box for safety.
But days later, 18 days to be exact, for some reason No.6 took out that role of film and unwrapped it from it's polythene protective wrap. Now why did No.6 do that? Taking a bit of a risk with his important evidence of The Village wasn't he? As a friend of The Tally Ho might put it, it's inexplicable!
