Caught On Camera!

Here is a picture taken during the filming of a scene in 'Checkmate' between No.6 and the chess champion No.14.  You can see that there are people sitting at the tables in the background at the Salutation Restaurant, who are either day visitors, or guests staying at Portmeirion at the time of filming of 'the Prisoner' in September 1966. Just a minute! Isn't that the Butler-Angelo Muscat, just to the right of the maid in the white sailors cap? He might even be talking to someone. Here is an enlargement of that section of above picture.

    1. Hello Arno,

Well I've been called many things in my time, the central scrutiniser is a first, I'll take that as a compliment. It's just that I seem to have an eye for spotting such things. And as I have learned, there is still much to be seen in 'the Prisoner.'

      Kind regards
      David
