60 Second Interview With the Colonel

    Colonel Ross “Who the devil are you, and how did you get in here?”
    No.113 “I am number one-one-three, and his is my photographic colleague number one hundred and thirteen b, we contribute to The Tally Ho.”
    “The Tally Ho?”
    “Yes, it’s a newspaper don’t you know.”
    “No, I didn’t know.”
    No.113b “Smile” {click goes the camera}
    “Tell me Colonel have you been seconded to the Village?”
    “What are you talking about?”
    “You are Number Two, Chairman of the Village.”
    “I’m Colonel Ross of British Intelligence!”
    “You have never heard of the Village?”
    “Where?”
    “I’m sorry to have troubled you Colonel. It would seem that my colleague and I are a little premature.”
    “Smile” {click goes the camera}
    "What is it you came here for?"
    “It doesn’t matter Colonel.”
    “Has Palmer put you up to this?”
    “Who?”
    “Oh get out of my office. Doris send Palmer in here!”
