You have seen this scene before, well those who have watched Arrival have have seen this scene before, when the Prisoner Six is brought into Two's office sat in a wheelchair. It is a reinterpreted scene, one of the homage's in THEPRIS6NER which is paid to the original series.
When having been regressed to his childhood No.6 is wheeled into No.2's office. But in this case the wheelchair is symbolic of a child's pushchair, and perhaps the Butler for his mother!
