Exactly who is trying to fool who here? Above it a picture taken from routine surveillance during 'A Change of Mind.' Number 6 is addressing the citizens of the Village, about to show that the citizens are being deceived by Number 2. and yet that's not Number 6 standing on the balcony, nor is it Number 2 standing beside him! As can be clearly seen in the enlarged section of the picture.
