Pictorial Prisoner

It might be curfew time, and yet it looks like daylight outside!
I wonder what it is they do not want people to see at night-time? After all the citizens are drugged each night, and locked in their rooms or cottages. So I just wondered what activities take place in the Village under the cover of darkness?
No.6 of course vacated his cottage that night during 'Dance of the Dead,' and No.34, the body found on the beach by No.6, had also been out and about after curfew. This would indicate a lapse in security if the citizens can break curfew so easily. But only if they do not drink their nightcap first!
