How is it that Number 240 gets her own
control panel and telephone, while at the same time gets to use the Control
Room’s main wall screen? This when other Observers have to sit for hours at a
time looking at small monitor screens? Perhaps this is one of the perks of the
job, Number 240 being The Village’s best Observer, watching Number 6, being
their prize prisoner!
