It's easy to distinguish between the two Numbr Six's during that episode of
The Schizoid Man, with Number Six wearing a black blazer with off-white piping, and Number Six wearing a cream blazer with black piping. But originally it should have been like the above picture, with both Number Six's dressed in identical piped blazers. But it was deemed at the time to be far too complicated for the television viewer to distinguish between the two. Hence the use of the cream piped blazer.
