Whatever Happened To?

No.2 who threatened Number 6 with the process of 'Instant Social Conversion,' he with the kindly voice that sends shivers down my spine when he is speaking quietly to Number 6 in his cottage. But of course like so many of his predecessors, this Number 2 underestimated Number 6, and to some effect, like Number 2 of 'A B and C,' was let down by a woman, Number 86.
The last we see of this Number 2, is when he is being persued through the Village, and up the steps to the Green Dome by the good citizens of the Village community, a man who is quite sprightly on his feet for a large man.
So whatever happened to Number 2? Well he went off to become a farmer in the Yorkshire Dales, Ezra Biggins was his name, and he's pictured here, in the television series, 'All Creatures Great And Small.'

                 Be seeing you
