It was denied today, after lengthy speculation, by new No.2 himself, that he has not had a "lip implant" operation carried out on his lower lip. No.2 also denies that he has any resemblance to Alan Tracy, the Thunderbirds Puppet.
"These allegations are ridiculous." No.2 told this reporter. "And if the citizens of this, our fine community have nothing better to do than to spend time gossiping about my lower lip, well then I'll find them something better to do with their time!"
There you have it, denial straight from the horses mouth, and you can't get more plainer than that. But deny all he likes. There will always be some speculation about this current No.2, and the manner of his telephone expressions.
