Voice Over

   It's not Christopher Benjamin's voice you hear speaking at the beginning of ‘The Chimes of Big Ben,’ being No.2's assistant neither is it the voice over by Robert Rietty. So I don't know who it is, it's simply a curious observation that the voice of Christopher Benjamin wasn't used, even though he had lines as the Labour Exchange manager in ‘Arrival.’

The Colonel

    I don't know how No.6 restrained himself - I'd have punched the Colonel in ‘Arrival’ on the nose! but at least No.6 knows where he stands now. There's no longer anyone he can trust, and he now stands alone!

The Prisoner - Its A Bloody Nightmare!

    That maniacal laugh of No.1 as he runs about the Control Room of that rocket in ‘Fall Out,’ we've heard it previously in No.6's nightmare of ‘The Schizoid Man. its puts me in mind of the film starring Roger Moore – ‘The Man Who Haunted Himself.’

A Curious Thing To Say

    When No.12, or is it 6 joins No.2 for breakfast in the Green Dome in The Schizoid Man No.2 greets his visitor "My dear chap delighted to see you. You’re looking fine, you really are...... I don't mind telling you, we had to pull every string in order to seconded back to us."

   "Back to us?" Now what could No.2 possibly mean by that?   You must remember that for all tense and purposes No.6 is supposed to be Curtis, and No.2 is supposed to be speaking to Curtis, so has Curtis been to the village before the episode of ‘The Schizoid Man?’

   The Prisoner is quite obviously a Prisoner of his own power, if ‘Fall Out’ is anything to go by!

The Chaos Theory - That's What I Call it!

   That's the screening oder of the Prisoner. You see I had worked out what I had arrived to being the definitive screen order for the series, well I thought I had..... I'm not so sure now. Well I am, but after yesterday I find I have to make a fine adjustment to my order. because I should not have be mostly watching ‘Dance of the Dead,’ but ‘The Chimes of Big Ben,’ ‘Dance of the Dead’ comes later, and after ‘Many Happy Returns,’ just as the two episodes appear in the order that we have come to know over the years. Because it whilst I was working on a piece of Prisoner blog one time that a bright sign lit up and displayed "the truth!" there is was for the world to se ha, ha.... well for me to see anyway! And then I had some work to amend in my manuscript!
