    Of course he's speaking to No.6, but it must be remembered that No.6 is supposed to be Curtis-No.12. But nevertheless, it's a strange thing for No.2 to say, does he mean to say that Curtis has been in the Village previously to the episode of 'The Schizoid Man? Or at the very least, to the British government department behind the Village.
