Postcard From The Village
Tonight, when the moon rises the whole world will turn to sliver. And yet, by dawns early light the Village turns to gold. I have been in Portmeirion in glorious sunshine, and baking hot weather. Then at other times Portmeirion seems to have a climate all its own, as it is raining all around on the hills, yet the Italianate Village remains dry. But where there are hills and mountains beyond, stormy weather is never far away, as once when staying in the Village, one day it rained so hard, and all day, that the streets of Pormeirion were turned into rivers! Be seeing you
