It always occurred to me that at the end of The Chimes of Big Ben, that having thought he had escaped by sea, when the Priosner is returning to his cottage, the public address announcer was extracting the Michael, at No.6's expense, with the following announcement. "Good eveing citizens. Your local Council wishes to announce a new exciting competition......Sea Scapes!"
