That's right, only non-alcoholic Gin, Whiskey, Vodka is served in the 'Cat & Mouse' night club, in fact the entire Village is in a state of prohibition, or is it temperance? Either way the Village citizens are forced to be teetotalers! But if that's the case, why is there two of bottles of wine in No.6's refridgerator seen in The Chimes of Big Ben? {This when No.6 places the black loudspeaker in the fridge.} They are ordinary bottles of wine, no Village wine label, no Penny Farthing logo. Just two plain bottles of wine. Perhaps they are there for later consumption by Patrick McGoohan, and cast and crew working at the film studios at MGM at the time, yes, that might be it.
