A Favourite Scene In The Prisoner
Takes place in 'Many Happy Returns,' when The Colonel, his ex-colleague the Prisoner, the RAF Group Captain, the Naval Commander, even Thorpe lends a hand, or rather a finger, as they attempt an old colleague to calculate a search area for the Village.
And having done so "Somewhere about here" says the Naval Commander, he scribbles over the entire search area! I used to think what is it the Naval Commander doesn't want the television viewer to see?! It always seemed somewhat comical for him to have done that! Unless on the other hand it is to demonstrate to the television viewer the search area.
