The above picture was taken in the Board Room during the episode of The General, when No.12 was briefing the board on the subject of both the General, and Speedlearn. The room also doubles for the Town Council Chamber, and the Committee Room. Seeing as the Chairman of the Town Council has his own desk to sit at, and the Chairman of the Committee sits at the round table, as No.2 is seen doing here, who is it then who sits in the futuristic chair elevated behind No.2, shown in the following enlargement?
No.2 never sits in this chair, so who is it meant for?. It does have a light set in the back rest. That's pretty enigmatic as well! Be seeing you.
