Heroes And Villains
No.2's predecessor was something of a gentleman. His task was to both de-brief and brief the new arrival to the Village. In debriefing the Prisoner, No.2 tried to get him to give away a single piece of information, his time of birth. This in the hope that having given one piece of information, the Prisoner would soon give up all he knew, he was wrong. No.2 then went on the brief the Prisoner on the Village through an aerial tour of the fascility, he even intimated that he could be offered a position of authority......well that didn't actually come until very near the end just before the falling out!
So then this No.2 came along, the new No.2. We never know what happened to his predecessor as no explanation is given, but this man is not quite the gentleman. He is more direct with the Prisoner-No.6, telling him that if he doesn't give them what they want, they'll take it! His report No.6 is one of normal classification. On arrival the subject showed shock symptoms, followed by accepted behaviour pattern. Since then subject has been unco-operative and distinctly aggressive. Attempted to escape. Subject proving exceptionally difficult, but in view of his importnace, no extrememmeasures to be used yet. Implying that if the Prisoner doesn't settle down and accept his surroundings and tell them what they want to know, extreme measures will be used against him.
No.2 is usually dressed in either a single or double breasted blazer, grey polo neck jersey, and grey flannel trousers. But this No.2 wears the same style of piped blazer as No.6. What's more he is dressed identically to No.6 - why?
