Norma West, pictured here as No.240 and Observer in the Prisoner episode Dance of the Dead, was a special guest at a convention for the Prisoner at Portmeirion, at which I was in attendance. Soon after that convention I wished I had asked Norma one question, a bit on the trivial side I know, but why as No.240 did you wear your cape inside out?
