That during The Chimes of Big Ben we learn that according to No.6's file, he does not take sugar, but to spite No.2 he takes four lumps in his tea! Further, during the episode of Free For All, we learn from the ledger of the Labour Exchange Manager, that No.6 gave up sugar on medical advice 3 years and four months ago. Yet, by the time of It's Your Funeral, No.6 is freely taking sugar in his coffee!...............So was No.6 a diabetic, as I am? Or perhaps the fact that No.6 doesn't take sugar, was simply forgotten by the time of the later episodes of the series!
